Incentive Software created the Freescape engine to produce several 3D exploration games, and this was the second, after Driller.
Enter an ancient Egyptian temple to destroy a shine to the Sun God Ra, thereby saving the world. This is accomplished by shooting objects, solving puzzles, collecting ankhs to open doors, amongst other tasks. The first-person 3D world is fully explorable, though the environments are generally not very expansive, possibly due to technical limitations. You have a time limit to complete the game, and must also avoid death through heart attack or dehydration. By modern standards, the 3D graphics are extremely sluggish, and running on a faster Amiga than the stock 500 will result in faster gameplay, but there is no frame capping: everything will run faster, and with a very fast CPU, the game can become unplayable.

This is a game that very much dates itself. Such graphics were amazing on the 8-bit micros and somewhat interesting on the 16-bit computers, but anyone who didn't live through that time will find it unbearable. Of course, if you can look past that, you'll find an unusual puzzle adventure, and the limited interface might make it easier to solve the riddles of the pyramid.
