Another platformer? Yes, but at least this one involves an escort mission, which is... good?
You control Bubble, and you have to navigate a platform level, but there's a twist: your friend Squeak will follow you through the level, and you must guide him to the exit with you. This is not always so easy to do, as he will jump at times when you might not want him to. Nevertheless, this mechanic does make the game a little different to the many other platform games which involve avoiding enemies, collecting treasure and reaching an exit.

What's interesting here is that there apparently is a significant difference between the AGA version - which came out first - and the A500 version, in terms of your ability to control your escort. Having tried both, I can't say I can see a great deal of difference, but it was enough for Amiga Power to give it a more positive review, and thus put it in the Top 100 list - twice. Personally, I wouldn't rate it that highly, as the only thing it has going for it over other similar games is the escort thing, and that's one of the more annoying aspects of the game, so I'm not sure what the fuss is about.
