Remember Paradroid 90? Well, it's another sequel to a C64 game from Andrew Braybrook, so you might know what to expect.
The task is simple: you fly a spaceship, from a top-down perspective, around a 'dreadnought' ship, destroying as much as you can on the surface before landing and entering the core to blow it up. Once this is accomplished, it's onto the next one. There's not much more to it than that, but the action is fast and it's easy enough to try again.
I already mentioned how simple the premise is, but it's a little too simple for me. It's a sequel to a C64 game, and feels like it, as there's little sophistication here. I can't really recommend it years later, there's just not a lot there.
