Real-time texture-mapped first-person RPG? On the Amiga 500? Surely not.
Legends of Valour is unusual amongst its peers, in that your task is not to venture into dungeons and slay monsters, but to meet people, run errands, and generally explore the huge town of Mitteldorf, trying to find your cousin Sven. The game, originally made for the PC, uses an excellent raytracing engine to let you move around the town, and faster Amigas will provide a smoother experience.

With so many games to get through, I really haven't given this a fair shake, as it does look like something that could be a lot of fun. It almost sounds like an early GTA with its open-world, errand-running setup, so I will definitely have to find time for it. Make sure you play it in the WHDLoad version and with a faster Amiga, because disk swapping is a nightmare and the 3D perspective needs a boost.
