I'm too young to remember Scooby Doo before Scrappy Doo came along, but everyone retrospectively seems to hate him. But at least they gave him a decent game.
It's a licensed platform game in a sea of licensed platform games, but it stands out due to its smart controls and good level design. Released as a budget title at the time, it surprised the Amiga Power team with its quality, as you guide Scrappy Doo through the game, jumping and punching enemies as you go.

Not a lot to say here: if you like platformers of the time, this is certainly one of them. I can't say that it thoroughly deserves such a high placement in this list, but I think its budget release improved its standing amongst the Amiga Power staff, representing value for money. You're not missing much nowadays, though.
