It's Pac-Man, but at an angle, and you can jump. Still, those two elements do change the game quite a bit.
There are several areas for Pac-Man to explore, rather than the one maze of the original game, and the different angle makes it sometimes more difficult to decide on your route, as you can't see the entire maze. The ability to jump offsets that difficulty and gives you a chance to avoid enemies, though their intelligence means that you cannot rely on it to save you.

Pac-Man is Pac-Man, and they've tried lots of variation over the years (it would perhaps be a little unkind to suggest they've been giving this dead horse a good old flog). Maybe the changes made in this version are to your fancy, or not, it's entirely subjective - but then, so are my reviews. I might have a play for a few minutes, but no more.
