It may just be Putty, but it's still very silly.
You are a blue blob of putty, and your goal is to defrost some bots and escort them to their flying saucer at the end of each level. Your pliable body can do many things: you can form a fist to jab the bots out of their frozen state (or punch your enemies); you can absorb enemies (and babies); you can inflate and kill everything on screen; and generally you can bounce and stretch around the screen in a fashion unique to this game. The wacky characters and impressive sound and presentation won people over, but the gameplay kept them hooked.

I do have fond memories of this one: I didn't play it, as I didn't actually have an Amiga at the time it was released, but seeing it in action certainly made me wish I did have one. The cartoon look of the game was an easy appeal to a young boy, and playing it today, the action, while a bit stilted, is still different enough to be worth a look for platform fans. Having said that, the SNES version is just as good, and might well be simpler to emulate, so you can go for that if you like.
