We've seen many flight sims in this list, but none came back so regularly as this one, only missing out in 1993. Is this the best of these types of flight sim on the Amiga?
The game has two aircraft, the Lockheed Martin F-22 and the (fictional) Grumman F29 - based on the experimental X-29 - and four locations, namely a desert in the US, conflict in the Middle East, a battle in the Pacific Ocean, and a potential World War III scenario in Europe. The game is not as complex as others in the genre, making it a good option for beginners. One aspect noted by the Amiga Power team was the small size of the locations, meaning you don't need to fly far to see air-to-air action.

I can only guess that the Amiga Power guys, despite including a fair few flight sims in their lists, aren't actually big fans of very complex simulations, because this, one of their more favoured entries, is pretty arcadey. I found it a little too simplistic, compared to others which at least require you to fly the plane like a plane, not like you're playing After Burner. There are so many options on this list that I'm not sure of the appeal of this one.
